A Small Independent Victory

Jillian has a thing for shoes these days. She loves to hold them, take them off your feet, and work to get them on hers. This activity usually produces a lot of screaming and fit throwing, mostly because she is frustrated that she can't get them on as she wants in a short amount of time. Today was different. We were preparing to run some errands, and I casually asked her to get her crocs and put them on. I was surprised to turn around a quiet minute later to find this:

Success! Well, sort of. I didn't have the heart to tell her they were on the wrong feet so we just did a little happy dance to celebrate the accomplishment.
