We were lucky enough this week to have a fun dinner guest...Mark, of the Hauns of Texas! If you've been reading this blog since the in utero days, you'll recall that our wonderful friends, the Hauns, so generously donated Jillian's ultra feminine and stylish baby chandelier. Anyway, we love the Hauns, and have loved all five of 'em for many, many years. We rarely see them, so we were happy to learn that Mark was coming to Minneapolis on business and was willing to drive down to Rochester to dine with us (who am I kidding, he didn't come for the food right?). We had a great evening and enjoyed catching up. Jillian was semi-reserved, but still managed to be quite charming for her first Haun meeting. She was definitely tired and a bit on the side of crabby. We did manage to get a picture of Jilly Bean and Mark, and here it is posted especially for Mackenzie at her request!

In other news, Jillian and Daddy have started playing a fun new game in the evenings. Daddy discovered she likes to fly! She laughs and thinks it's quite the fun time.

Oh, and in case you've been wondering, she has NOT rolled over yet...for us, that is. She apparently rolled tummy to back at daycare this week (which brought tears to my eyes when I learned about it--because we missed it) and did roll back to tummy a few times for my mom last week--but I'm not counting those because she apparently used the assist of the crib rails. No cheating allowed!
