Alien Baby

This morning, as I was working from home, I kept getting distracted by the pounding and dancing in my belly. I sat and smiled and then wondered--could this movement be observed visually? After all, the books say that now is about the time to be able to not only feel movement, but see movement. So I pulled up my shirt and sat there and sure enough--my belly was popping and bouncing and making all sorts of interesting movements. It reminded me of that scene in Aliens where the alien starts trying to push out of Sigourney Weaver's belly. It's not quite that dramatic, but you get the idea. I'm sure this little alien will be much cuter (and much more pleasant) than the one in the movie.
